Executive Director

Joe Pringle

Joe Pringle

Joe Pringle serves as Executive Director of The Music Bible®, helping scale the first complete word-for-word musical adaptation of Scripture in Christian history into a global Bible distribution movement. Joe brings more than thirty years of executive leadership in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and family business stewardship, paired with nearly a decade in Christian philanthropy. He was born and raised in the Chicago suburb, Hinsdale, Illinois. He acquired Belmont Steel Corporation at twenty-seven and grew it from $18 million to $80 million in annual sales before its sale to Trade Arbed, then the largest steel company in the world. He went on to found Pringle Enterprises and later joined Promus Capital, a multi-family office serving a select community of families, where he advised on investment strategy and multi-generational wealth.

Michael Blanton

Michael Blanton

Founder, Blanton Entertainment

Michael Blanton is a legendary figure in Christian music, co-founding Blanton/Harrell Productions in 1980 and building one of the most influential management and label operations in the industry. Over nearly four decades, he helped shape the careers of Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, and Rich Mullins, with 70 million albums sold and more than 40 Grammy nominations. He co-founded Reunion Records, home to some of the most beloved songs in Christian history, including "Friends," "Awesome God," and "El Shaddai." He later served as co-president of Gaylord's Idea Entertainment and also launched the writing career of Frank Peretti, with "This Present Darkness". In 2017, the Gospel Music Association inducted Blanton into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame. A lifetime member of the Recording Academy and a longtime Nashville resident, Blanton brings unmatched industry depth and relational capital to the Music Bible Advisory Board.

Tim Jenkins

Tim Jenkins

Founder, Colchuck

Tim Jenkins is the founder and President of Colchuck, a private investment firm built on the conviction that capital should generate both financial return and lasting human value. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and served as CEO of Point B, growing the national management consulting firm from three founders into a widely recognized platform. He was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Services for the Pacific Northwest in 2010. Jenkins brings a career shaped equally by business discipline and faith-driven purpose. He has served in board leadership roles with Axis, 11 Tribes Ventures, Impact Foundation, Young Life, and CRISTA Ministries, and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His decades of experience building organizations, deploying capital, and serving faith-driven institutions give him a rare combination of relationships and credibility that he now brings to the work of The Music Bible®.

Loren Johnson

Loren Johnson

Founder and CEO, MRSV Media

Loren Johnson is a music industry executive, entrepreneur, and innovator working at the intersection of music, immersive media, and emerging technology. He is the Founder and CEO of MRSV Media, a Nashville-based Dolby Atmos-certified studio whose work spans Grammy Award-winning artists including Kirk Franklin, MercyMe, Lecrae, Zach Williams, and Phil Wickham. A holder of a patent in content distribution and cloud storage, Loren has produced and consulted on more than 200 recording projects, with releases topping multiple iTunes charts and earning a Billboard No. 1. He holds an MBA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and brings deep expertise in music production, distribution, and emerging platform strategy to the Music Bible® Advisory Board.

Will B. Smith II

Will B. Smith II

Co-Founder, Nashville Worship Collective

Will B. Smith II is an award-winning worship consultant and music producer, musician, and writer whose ministry centers on equipping the local church to lead congregations into deeper worship. He is the co-founder of the Nashville Worship Collective, a ministry that creates free and genuine worship experiences that empower individuals to connect with God, promoting evangelism through worship and fostering unity within Nashville's worship community. Through Will B. Smith 2 Ministries, he serves as a strategic consultant to churches, helping develop musicians, vocalists, and worship leaders, and partnering with pastors on team building, music selection, planning, and service execution. His work pairs the craft of music production with a pastor's heart for spiritual formation through song. Will brings to the Music Bible® Advisory Board a worship leader's perspective on how Scripture-shaped music takes root in the local church and shapes the daily lives of believers.

Founder, N-2 Water

Mary Sirois is the co-founder of N-2 Water, a clean hydration brand delivering ocean-sourced trace minerals, born from her background as a Purdue University–trained nutritionist and former Division I athlete. A seasoned entrepreneur, Mary previously founded her own commodity trading firm on the Chicago Board of Trade and co-founded TRIBL Records, the groundbreaking Gospel label behind Grammy-winning Maverick City Music. With over one million YouTube subscribers and multiple Grammys, TRIBL redefined how faith-driven content reaches mainstream audiences. Mary's proven ability to build and scale brands across wellness, finance, and entertainment makes her an ideal strategic advisor to help The Music Bible® expand and amplify its reach.

Michael K. Renetzky

Michael K. Renetzky

President, Chicago Bible Society

Michael K. Renetzky serves as President of the Chicago Bible Society, a role he has held since 2016. He is also a partner with the law firm Troutman Pepper Locke and serves as Chairman of Lutheran Life Communities. Michael is a member of St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church in Chicago.

Executive Vice President, The Lockman Foundation

Oversees translation, publishing, and licensing of the New American Standard Bible, Amplified Bible, Nueva Biblia de las Américas, and La Biblia de las Américas. The Lockman Foundation, a nonprofit, nondenominational ministry based in La Habra, California, dedicated to Bible translation since 1942.

Rick Fiechter

Rick Fiechter

Founder and Lead Pastor of Connection Church in Central Florida

Dr. Fiechter has led the congregation in establishing three licensed Foundation Counseling Center branches. He also serves as a strategic facilitator for the Global Alliance for Church Multiplication (GACX), helping organizations collaborate for greater global impact. An advocate for bridging the sacred-secular divide, Rick is actively involved in three business ventures with his wife, son, and grandchildren—engaging culture while funding ministry. The author of Lasting Leadership and Seasons of Parenting, he holds an M.A. in Ministerial Leadership and a Ph.D. in Leadership.

Greg Thornton

Greg Thornton

Chief Financial Officer, Moody Bible Institute (Retired)

Greg Thornton served at the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago for more than 43 years. During his time at Moody Greg worked closely with teams at Moody Publishers, Moody Magazine, Moody Radio (now Moody Global Media), the MBI Senior Leadership team, and the MBI Finance team. Recently retired, Greg now enjoys more time with his wife Grace, their three children, and ten grandchildren. They are members of the Wheaton Bible Church, and Greg also serves on the Board of Directors for Revive Our Hearts Ministries. Greg graduated from Moody with a BA in Bible/Theology, and earned a MBA from Loyola University Chicago.

With more than 30 years of experience in business leadership, he brings a blend of corporate acumen and ministry vision to his work. Michael is also the Co-Founder of Left 99 for the 1 Ministries, Inc, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people encounter God's love through community outreach and discipleship. He is passionate about leveraging technology, collaboration, and faith-based initiatives to bring the Bible to every person, in every language, around the world.

He now serves as Managing Director of H Group Partners, acquiring and advising companies with a focus on strategy, risk management, and operational excellence. Bruce also has served on the board of MissionNext and carries a deep passion to see the gospel spread into every region of the world bringing a kingdom-minded vision to every organization he leads.

Patrick Orr brings over 25 years of top-performing real estate experience, consistently ranking in the industry's top 1%. A lifelong Indiana resident with a business degree from Ball State University, he and his wife Susan led Eagle Real Estate for 16 years, and his background spans auctioneering, property investment, and small-business ownership. Known for integrity and problem-solving, Patrick has built a career on serving people with honesty and care. He also carries a deep passion for oral Scripture translation and a heartfelt desire to see the Gospel reach as many people as possible through song. He is honored to support the Music Bible®'s global mission.
